The staff was accommodating plus the location was magnificent and amazing. Abilene Regional airport was hardly 15 minutes away by car. Units for our needs. A microwave and a fridge were a plus.

Reliable affordable hotel with amazing friendly staff. The rooms with air freshener as well as fast internet. Good and excellent location, an easy walk to everywhere. Again, 15 minutes walk from Mall of Abilene. Smooth check-in and good service. No charge for wake up service and ironing too.

That was reliable and upscale hotel set in safe area, adjacent to several restaurants as well as the mall, target, and multiple restaurants. Everything was good, well laid out and brand-new room for our needs. Its location within a close distance from Mall of Abilene was comfortable. You guys made our stay very good.

The a double room was attractive for our needs. Its location was excellent and wonderful, convenient to many places, and in a beautiful area.

Not caring staff!

I really enjoyed staying in this upscaleaffordable hotel. The staff was efficient, excellent, and responded promptly to requests. The beds were comfortable and the whole room was brand-new and well laid out. The location was comfy, in a secure area. Besides, it was really close to restaurants and shopping, and the mall and chain restaurants.

The a double room was well-organised for our needs. It was very handy to have a microwave and a refrigerator. The location was easy and absolutely perfect - just a walk down to everywhere we wanted to go.

The so called “manager” David, was a complete rude asshole. Told me to hurry up and get my card so he can charge my room. I got a non smoking room online and then he continued to argue with me and say my money was non refundable and that I had to pretty much deal with it. I took two steps in the smoking room and it was like hitting a brick wall of smoke so I said hell no im getting a different room. Went back to the front desk and requested a double bed or something as long as it was non smoking. He said he had a handicap room but I would have to move rooms every night to a different room. I requested to talk to the guy that was above him, and then all of a sudden he found a non smoking room with double beds. Imagine that. He has no respect for anyone that! Not even his own co workers! Their was a young lady that just started working there, so she was still getting used on how to do things...well he would embarrass her, call her out right in front of customers!! He made her go check the room we were supposed to be in and thought we were lying about how bad the room smelt like smoke. I would not recommend this hotel AT ALL!!! It’s disgusting, the people are rude and have no ounce of respect for anyone.

The hotel is conveniently located close to everything, making it easy to explore the area. It's also away from the highway, ensuring a peaceful stay. The rooms are well-decorated, with a cozy recliner and a microwave. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service, even going the extra mile to check in on guests.

Some cleaning issues were reported, but the front desk worker promptly addressed them.
